The Cottage

The Cottage East Meets West (Sleeps 1-3)
Enter through the artisan designed gate and private patio to this spacious and secluded studio cottage. Sitting at the rear of the property at The Brick Path B & B, The East-Meets-West Cottage is a large, sunny one-room studio with a kitchen and dining area, a queen-size bed and a futon couch.

POLICIES
- No minimum stay required. One-night-only reservations are generally not made far in advance of the date, and are dependent upon other scheduling, There is a $20 surcharge for one-night-only reservations.
- The Brick Path is a 100% non-smoking establishment. In consideration of others, no smoking is permitted in the rooms or on the property.
- We cannot accommodate guest pets.
- Children are welcome in most units. (Port-a-crib available)
- Lighting candles is not permitted in the rooms.
- Payment
A deposit of one 50%, or one night’s room charges (whichever is greater), for each room reserved, is required to confirm your reservation. Balance of charges is payable on the date of arrival. Payment may be made by VISA, Master Card, personal check, traveler’s checks, or in cash. Please make checks payable to ”The Brick Path B & B.”

Check-in Time: After 3:00 PM - by prior arrangement (early check-in can sometimes be accommodated)
Checkout Time: 11:00 AM
- Cancellations
Cancellations and changes to reservations require 14-30 days notice and $50 - $100 processing fee (depending on length of reservation).
- Refunds or credits will not be made for early departures.
