Each of our 3 rooms/suites has a private entrance and private bathroom.

• Discount of $5/night for reservations paid in full by check or cash at the time of booking
• Nightly rates include a light continental breakfast (juice, granola, coffee, tea) - An optional expanded continental breakfast is available for $7.50 per person/per day
• Rates are inclusive of tax and are based on 1-2 people occupancy
• Add $30/night or $150/Week for each additional person
  
• Add $20/night for 1 night only

* Peak season rates range $10-$30 more per night

POLICIES

• No minimum stay required. One-night-only reservations are generally not made far in advance of the date, and are dependent upon other scheduling, There is a $20 surcharge for one-night-only reservations.
  
• The Brick Path is a 100% non-smoking establishment. In consideration of others, no smoking is permitted in the rooms or on the property.
  
• We cannot accommodate guest pets.
  
• Children are welcome in most units. (Port-a-crib available)
  
• Lighting candles is not permitted in the rooms.
• Payment
  A deposit of one 50%, or one night's room charges (whichever is greater), for each room reserved, is required to confirm your reservation. Balance of charges is payable on the date of arrival. Payment may be made by VISA, Master Card, personal check, traveler's checks, or in cash. Discount of $5/night for reservations paid in full by check or cash at the time of booking.

  Check-in Time: After 3:00 PM - by prior arrangement (early check-in can sometimes be accommodated)

• Cancellations
  Cancellations and changes to reservations require 14-30 days notice and $25 - $100 processing fee (depending on length of reservation).
  
• Refunds or credits will not be made for early departures.
